Coppermine Setup

I have been trying all afternoon to get Coppermine running on my site.

After uploading the 8MB directory and then runnin install.php I get this

Warning: main(include/sql_parse.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\mt\anishsood\coppermine\install.php on line 30

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'include/sql_parse.php' (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\mt\anishsood\coppermine\install.php on line 30

Do I have to create seperate folders "albums" and "include" ?

I am running a Windows server so I cant CHMOD, how do I set permissions on a Apache based Windows server ?

Please help me out here !
 
No, no Headshot, it isnt that simple...

Can somebody please help ! SN, QF, please guys you set up Coppermine for TE nah !
