If you have jailbroken your iphone, you can get a Cydia app that copies contacts to SIM (I forget where it is in cydia, but you should find it if you look around).
Otherwise, using itunes you can sync your contacts to your desktop machine. You can either sync to Microsoft Outlook or your Gmail contacts. From Gmail you can export a CSV file and then import it back to other devices (assuming they support CSV files).
