copying of protected VCDs

Can us copy and write protected VCDs? if yes How? I am using Clone CD but there is no option found to Create image in VCD format. hekp me
 
Use Nero Burning ROM, copies most of the normal DVD's like video cd's without any problems. You don't even have to tell what type the disk is, it will make a copy as it is.
