Well, yeah. There's no harm in posting such guides or reviews but you should at least take permission from the author and mention credits (as well as link to original content) of course.

IMO the authors of the Guides & tutorials should have a say ,

#[member='Rahul++'] ,you beat me to it...

Permission lies with the Guide/Tutorial writers, not us.

In any case, its not advisable to copy content.

Why are you flattered seeing the quality of posts?

In any case, please make sure that you don't earn any 'smart' reputation for the writers of the guides/tutorials that you copy-paste to your blog!

As long as you credit this site, post the URL to what you copied, and do not create false readings to what was originally put, you can.

and what about the earning you will get from it. will you be donating it to TE too??

I dont put any ads in any of my blog, all of them are ads free, i am passionate about blogging, that's why i do blog

I am flattered seeing the quality, too easy to understand even for noobs
<
. Don't worry i am planning to include their contact info too in credit section

I think the word you are looking for is impressed not flattered...flattered is something you feel when somebody complements you on your work etc...Since you are referring to other people's work, you can't be flattered...

You are passionate about blogging? By taking content from other sites? Thats a new kind of passion I guess.

The word newbie is pleasing, but noob can be offensive too.

PS:: I think I should also develop some passion towards ctrl+c,ctrl+v. its high time i develop something of this sort after 5 years of IT experience.
