I have a friend whose favorite pass time is to visit every exhibition in town and collect literature from the stalls - here is one he had in his collection looks interesting - he says in the demo the sales person was inserting and removing the wires from the binder like you would a regular Zip. He says from what he remembers the price was about 300/- for 3 metres of the binder (he is not sure) which makes it very expensive - but if it accepts regular binders available in the market then it should be a good buy.
