Cordless Controllers for PS2 ?

Posted this in another thread where dint get any attention so posting here :P

which is a good vfm controller for the ps2 ? (cordless) ....and availbility of the same.....

if anybody is currently using / used wireless controllers can they shed light on the same please....

if cant find solutions locally then im considering one of these...

with these controllers would i need a separate receiver ? or will it come along ? got no clue.......
 
The receiver comes with the controller. I have used the "Logitech PS2 Cordless Action Controller " extensively - DAMN good controller. Just be prepared with rechargeable batteries, because you will run through batteries like anything.

would buy high NH powered batteries to run them , besides the PS is extensively used only on weekend or once - twice a month so its good enuf....Thanks for your feedback :) btw this should work on the newer version of the PS2 slim right ?
 
^Yes, that's what I used it with. I would have sold you mine, but it has one slight problem. The rubber pad under the X button has cut a bit, so the button doesn't work properly. If you can figure out how to fix that, then I have no problem selling it to you at a very nominal rate.
 
I got a starwars controller with me if needs some repair,u can take it for free:)

dude if u want a new one u can get it from lammy road for 900 bucks,this wireless controller is pretty reliable and the normal alkaline lasts for ard a week if used for 4 hours daily.
 
I looked in Palika as well. All I could find were generic wireless controllers. Would have loved that Logitech my self unfortunately its not available in Delhi anywhere. :(
