You can get cheap chinese ones with FM and all for approx 500/- they work on RF so quality is questionable.
Bluetooth headphones with dongle (ones that connect to your earphone TV port) go haywire prices. saw one of plantronics
I am myself looking for such a solution so looking for a bluetoth dongle for my Dell BH200
