How did you secure back the IHS after delidding the chip? I am assuming the IHS is glued back to the PCB of the chip.
 
Not to troll or mess with the thread, these are purely my opinions.
Since you have delidded the chip, it would best if you also provided pictures of the DIE itself to show that it has NOT been damaged in the delidding process so that complications can be avoided in the future.
 
@mav2000 4.5GHz with 1.18-1.20v ( on Auto) max I tried for 4.8GHz with 1.34v ..

@cyberwarfare chip is glued back to IHS so it's not possible and regarding damage I attached two screenshot of cpuz with stock and overclocked frequency with temperature showed...

Thermal compound replaced with Noctua NT-H1..

Nope, i am not asking you to sell it for whatever. You are the seller and can choose to price it at whatever.

I am just saying just OC and all is ok (though we never know overvolted excessively or not) but delidding = most probably warranty void + greater risk of failure considering delidded (and OCed heavily too maybe?)
