i guess it will take some more "windows" and more of searching to find this  someone please post back when manages to find one

It requires a bit of hack n slash right now :p .. Once i get the OPDA cert i'll update this thread with my screens :)

Hmm. Lemme get it signed and try it.

EDIT : Ok tried it. Display seems a bit screwed. Also usage is also a bit difficult with small fonts etc. I'll try a few other releases on the net before i post pics

got the app signed though with a 17 Cap certificate. takes 5 minutes :p

EDIT : tried a AVI file. Though it opens correctly, and i can hear the sound, i cannot see the video. So i guess this isn't the proper S60 v5 version. AFAIK, the S60V5 support is going to be added in the 1.4 version as mentioned on their forums.

man if only i had a powerful pc and a gfx card that supported badaboom... lol!

anyway core player will be the best thing that ever happened to 5800 when it releases. They should make it with full mobile hardware acceleration support, that would be absolute perfection. All 3rd party apps right now cannot access the hardware in nokia phones, hence resulting in not so good results. Thats why the current core player installs but doesn't show any video at all. i really hope this issue is sorted soon!
