Its a steal at this price but there is no mention about the warranty details

Should i purchase this one and does it have good write and read speeds ?

why not call the seller and confirm the warranty ?

and aboutthe write and read speed. it should be around 15 mbps for read and arnd 8 for write. Don't remember exactly as i lost the one i had ._.

^^ #swastikrj, these thumb drives come with a Lifetime Warranty -- http://www.corsair.com/usb-drive/flash-voyager-usb-drives/cmfusb2-0-16gb.html, had one of these beauts with me, stellar read speeds and good write speeds [definitely better than the standard Transcend and SanDisk Cruzer people carry around these days].

I own one and it's a very good drive with good reading and writing speed. Apart from using it for regular storage purpose, I have used it as a portable Linux mint 11 drive too, a bit slow sometimes but serves my needs. Compared to Kingston and SanDisk, it's much better.
