PC Peripherals corsair 450 or 550 vx, pls suggest

Hi

Following is my build, pls suggest how much watt psu would be sufficient.

core i7 920 processor ( will clock it to max 3.8 Ghz )
1 hdd 500 GB
his radeon 5670 512 mb card. ( might overclock a little bit)

there are lot of options apart frm corsair in the price range. Though a 500 watter is sufficient for i7 @ 3.8+5670..its better to have a liitle more juice.

if u can find VX 550 @ 4.5-4.7k grab it else

GP AL 650w 4.6k
