PC Peripherals Corsair Builder Series CX600 V2 600W versus Seasonic 520W Power Supply (S12II-520)

Hi As the title says I need a PSU almost immediately as my fan has almost stopped working for the existing CM iGreen 500 and I am a little worried for the rest of my peripherals. A few objective reasons in favor of either would be highly appreciated. Also if at that price range (4K roughly) if there is any other PSU worth looking.

Also, I am looking to buy from the (itdepot.com). The prices are 4020 and 4115 for the corsair and seasonic respectively. Is it it too much over retail stores. I am based in Gurgaon and feeling lazy so do not want to go to Nehru place. However if the difference is a lot I will make the trip.

From my opinion you have to go with Seasonic S12II 520 comapare to Corsair Builder Series CX600 V2 600W, Because i always buy a corsair PSU and it's good, but Seasonic S12II is better from comaparing to Corsair Builder Series CX600 V2 600W. Let's see other's opinion too, If i have mistaken something my apology to you guys. Thank you.
 
Go with Seasonic S12ii 520W-4.2k OR add few bucks and go with Seasonic S12ii 620W-4.9k,Both are solid psu's with 5 years warranty better than Corsair CX600V2,The Corsair builder series psu are not good enough comparing to the competition they have.It's better to have a solid psu than having a bettter service.
