Hi Guys.

I need to RMA a Corsair Vengeance 4GB RAM stick which caused a BSoD and then later a no boot. The RMA centre is in Grant Road which is a long commute and my working hours are whack. I went to the Kazien website where it says that I can courier it directly to the service centre. They call it UpCountry Direct Warranty. Anyone use this service?

yes I did it , RMAed Corsar Flash Voyager pendrive . Couriered it using speedpost, cheap and reliable
Drop an email to indiaservice@corsair.com . They will automatically create RMA at Kazien and email you . Keep asking them updates through this email . It will be faster than RMA log on Kazien
