CPU/Mobo Corsair XMS3 DDR3 RAM with CH IV Motherboard

I am planning to buy these 2 X 4 GB RAMs for use with ASUS Crosshair IV Motherboard & AthlonII X 4 620 CPU

My worry is that these Rams are designed to run at 1.5V whereas ASUS recommends 1.65V in the Manual.

Are these Rams compatible ?

One more clarification please.

As the Vengeance RAMs have a cooler on top, it is higher then normal RAMs.

I will also be using a SCCF120 CPU cooler.

Will the Ram & CPU cooler obstruct each other ?

Yep, the Vengeance RAM modules have tall heat-spreaders, I would recommend you go for the G.Skill RIPJAWS OR SNIPER [modules rated @1.5 v, the 1.25v ones are poor over-clockers].
