They do reply promptly on their email address : "cc" on the company domain. Mostly within 24 hours, except if around weekend. They also try to locate the nearest service center for you on those emails : my device started working magically after sending an email to them so I didn't need the service center.
My last email interaction with them was in April 2024, so I guess they should still be responsive, it's just been 4 months.
