Cost of a 512mb Transflash Card?

Hey guys,
Since im getting my L7 tomoro, im getting a 128mb Transflash (MiniSD) card with it. But im gonna sell that, and get a 512mb card.
Id just like to know, how much do the cards cost, all the from 128mb to 256mb to 512mb.

u mean mmc cards?
AFAIK 512 mb mmc costs around 1400~1200 brand NEC
and dual voltage RS-MMc's costs around 2000 brand Kingston

Not MMC.

MMC i already have a 1GB and 1 512MB .

Talking about Transflash, its also called "MiniSD" Cards.

The 512MB RS-MMC costed me 1400Rs. 2 months back @ Hyderabad.
