cost of developing a java based mobile game

hey guys, my co. is looking forward to come up with a java based mobile game for their brand. we were curious as in what would be the budget involved in "programming" one. the creatives will be taken care of, just wanted to know wht studios like paradox, nexus etc charged for a game development project. also is it advisable to freelance it.

Hmmmm, depending on the scale of the game I would say anywhere from 1000$ to 5000$
