Counter Strike 1.6/CZ:Few Problems..

Holla guys, i have searched at many places but i cant seem to find any solution to the below two problems -

1. How do i add those epic Quake sound (Headshot, Mega kill etc.) to 1.6/CZ? :huh:
2. My in-game chat is messed up for some unknown reasons. See the screenshot below. No matter what I/others write, its shown like this only, and the actual text is not visible. :(

You have to go to the reasources folder in the cstrike folder. There is a txt file called cs_english or something. Delete that.
 
When i delete that file, the gun names, score list, other player names on pressing tab and many other things get messed up.. :O
