Counterstrike Font issues !!!

Hey !!
I dont play cs much .... as u can see i play quake alot and compared to that cs is pretty slow ....
but i had it installed just when i bored to go and play ...
it was running smoothly for the last few months .. and now suddenly the font
of my menu as well as everything else is all over the place ... it looks some like
------> | s || HH ||

i have no idea why or what its there for .... me posting the SOS topic from work rite now ... when i get home will take a screenie and post it too ..
does any one have any idea why this shits happening all of a sudden...
Oh!! and its not an og copy of cs :oops:
 
my home pc aint letting me edit my earlier post so posting my screenie of cs here ....


any ideas why is that happening ????
 
Youve installed it in Steam right?

So just go and delete your Counter-Strike folder in
"Drive:\Steam\Steamapps\username\" directory...
