CPU/Mobo Cpu advise

i want to upgrade my rig but am unsure on which cp should i buy .. iwant a gaming rig .. planning on buyuing the 8800 gt ... but am confused whether i should go for a high end ram ie dual channel. or a processor ie e 8400 which is in my budget ... please advise whether to get the ram or cpu and if ram which cpu should i go for only intel as i have already bought the motherboard ie abit ip35e
 
^^if u go for the e7200 for around 5.5-6k, it has the same overclocking potential as the e8400 and costs less..and performance loss due ot less cache size is minimal

so go for this proccy and invest in the ram u want as well :)

maybe if u specify budget it will be easier for us to suggest
 
my budget is around 20000 for proccesor ram and gfx card.. as i have already bought the ip35 e mobo
 
Get yourself E7200 Rs. 5.9k + Transcend 4GB DDRII Rs. 4k. 8800GT will cost you atleast 10K.

If you can do with 2GB then get yourself a CPU Heatsink. Maybe a Xigmatek.

cheapest 8800gt will cost around 11.5k - 12k
