AMD Socket FM1 motherboard has display signal issues so need a FM1 motherboard replacement.

Meanwhile, looking to buy a CPU+motherboard combo. Can be i3's or FX series chips. i3's should be 3rd Gen or newer.
Prices should be reasonable considering a new 7th Gen Pentium has 2C/4T for only 4k. Also items should be 100% working please.
