CPU and Motherboard Suggestion

Okay I've found out that my processor or motherboard is no good for any modern graphics cards...so I've decided to change it all...Please give me suggestion of good AMD processor and Motherboards (MSI or Gigabyte)...which in total be within Rs. 10000....

Assuming that you will need only CPU+mobo+RAM, would advice to buy intel PDC g620 + h61 mobo + 4gb ddr3 within 10k.
