CPU/Mobo CPU Cooler and Case

I think the tempest evo is the most suitable case and in the case of cooler you should get a noctua NH-D14.it all comes down to your preferences OP as many fans listed here will do the job quite well.
 
i got the h100 today

its a beast

dropped my load temps (30 min prime) compared to a ven x (P/P) by 5 degrees flat even though the mode was set to balanced

i would highly recommend one if you can stretch it. i say you still wait for the 400r

imho i think its better than the evo

ps-im corsair biased :bleh:

The first part i agree with, but the second one not true entirely.. the evo is almost if not better than 400r and also for h100 500r is recommended which is way too expensive. the evo has filters all over and i can vouch for NZXT build quality:)evo is on par with 400r and bloody cheaper also:)

How much you got it for and from where? I am seeing a Corsair Graphite 600T in your signature too ,,,,what is the price of Corsair Graphite 600T in India currently?

Is the 600t better than the EVO?

once again looks of a case are subjective...as they say the beauty lies in the eye of the beholder :)

the 600t costs somewhere in the 9k range but man its a beautiful case and a dream to work it/on

also ygpm bro :)

the h100 cost me 7.2k but i think its worth it. also the h100 fits in very very easily in the 400r on top :)

Now as it is raining high end cabinets on TE even I am considering to increase my budget and get hold of a cool looking cabinet like the 600t or the Phantom,,,Just need to check the compatibility with the H100 and I am ready to go...If the H100 fits in the 400R then it should have fit in the 600t quite easily...did u remove the top fan on the 600t for the H100?
 
the 600t is for complete water cooling setup. airflow in the case is not great. phantom is awesome with solid airflow.. 400r fits h80 comfortably but would struggle with h100 dual fans and rad. for you a full tower case is needed. haf 932/ hafx/ nzxt h2/ nzxt phantom
 
The Noctua D14 is no doubt a very good cooler but it is huge and moreover throws the heat into the case so i thought of getting the H100....

My plan is to move completely to water cooling once the ivy or the bulldozers come out,,,just don't wanna go for custom water cooling as I am a noob in that :P
 
if you don't want side panel window the corsair 400R is the very best case best cable management a lot of space cooling you can install upto 10 fans interior black tool less too cost 5650 with shipping from Prime ABGB and for cpu cooler i think H50 is ok for you worth the money or Hyper 212 + very good cooler and very cheap. H100 is not worth the money i mean it is not any better than H80 see the reviews on youtube and you will know.
