CPU Cooler for Core i3 530

1. I have never done overclocking before. Will ocing shorten the life span of the CPU if a good CPU cooler is used?

I have a Core i3 530 Processor with Gigabyte GA-H55M-USB3 Mobo and want to overclock the CPU.

Kindly suggest a good and silent CPU cooler for the same. Is the Arctic Cooling Alpine 11 Pro good for the i3? Is it available in India?

2. Which is the best among these four? I'll be using it with Gigabyte GA-H55M-USB3 (Rev 1.0) and Intel Core i3 530. Are these RAMs compatible with the system I'm having? You may suggest if you know a better option within the same price range

What's the difference between the first 2 Gskill Modules? While one's part no. is F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL, the other one's part no. is F3-12800CL8D-4GBRM.

As for the CPU cooler, I don't have much ideas since I've never oc'ed in the past. Silent with good oc is important for me. And which brand is Hyper 212+ and what is the price?

F3-12800CL8D-4GBRM has lower latencies than F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL .This translates to better performance.And so the first one is better.Not sure if its supported.Look in the gigabyte website.
