Budget 71-90K CPU Difference between T440 and T440p ?

Hi all,
I am bouncing between T440 and T440p. The only difference as far as I could tell are the CPU's Intel® Core™ i5-4300U (Up to 2.90 GHz, 3MB, L3, 1600 MHz FSB) orIntel® Core™ i5-4200U (Up to 2.60 GHz, 3MB, L3, 1600 MHz FSB) and Intel® Core™ i5 - 4300M in the T440p range. Can anybody share is there a marked difference between the two CPU's ?[DOUBLEPOST=1436940912][/DOUBLEPOST]This gives quite a bit information about the lappie

A processor with suffix U is generally aimed with power saving feature but at cost of performance. It would have lower clocks for processor as well as IGP. I would suggest sticking to model which has i5-4300M.
