CPU/Mobo CPU+MOBO Combo for 10-15k

Hi. I want to buy a new computer. i have already thought of the other components but am stuck with the cpu+mobo. please suggest both amd and intel solution. as stated my budget for the combo is 10k-15k. thanks in advance.

One thing you haven't mentioned that whether you would be a separate Graphics Card or not. Depending upon that you should choose the Board.

In case you want MB with Onboard Graphics card then go for 785G based Mobo. In case you are purchasing a separate Graphics Card go for the 790GX Based Mobo.

What difference does that make?

I am planning on purchasing a Phenom X4 965be with Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P and i would be using a 5850 with it...
 
or Biostar790GX A3+ =5.8k
Phenom 2BE 555 = 5.4K

If lucky(which you are most likely with the current batch) you have a quad core at a price of dual core, invest the moolah you saved in some other components.
