CPU/Mobo cpu + mobo + ram 10k

I need suggestion for cpu+mobo+ ram for around 10k for a friend. Gaming is required but not a priority so i think amd phenom2 along with 790 based mobo should be nice vfm . Please suggest model numbers and approx prices ( cpu + good mobo + graphics integrated + ram)
