cpu+mobo+ram+gpu within 15k

pls suggest best config possible in 15k for gaming.

i only want cpu+mobo+ram+gpu rest will use from old system.

the system should be able to play all latest games in full settings and should be future proof so that i can play games atleast for next 3yrs.

i got xfx 8600gt in 2008 but now this graphics card is hardly able to play any latest games even in low settings.this gpu didnot lasted even 3 yrs properly so i want good gpu which atleast lasts 3yrs with good performance.

for me gpu is most important than any other component so will spend most amount on gpu among all other system components but pls see that the other components like cpu,mobo and ram does not bottelneck the gpu performance.

At what resolution you will be gaming at? Do mention your PSU.

Core i3 2100 ~ 5.5k
Gigabyte GA-H61-D2B3 ~ 3.5k
Corsair 2 x 2GB DDR3 1333Mhz ~ 2k
Sapphire HD5670 ~ 4.5k

Total = 15.5k

If you can stretch budget about 1k more you can get a MSI H67-MA-35 @ 4.5k. It supports SATA 3 +USB 3.0, would be future proof imo..:)
 
currently i have a old samsung crt monitor with max resolution 1800x1440 but planning to upgrade soon to 32"lcd tv full hd.

so can i connect my cpu box to lcd tv?

psu is corsiar 450watt

one more question should i wait for 1-2 months,if there is going to be significant price drop or new products coming as i am in no hurry to build the new cpu box.

will HD5670 enough for full hd 1080p or do i need to increase bugdet 2-3k and get better gpu for future proof performance.

no urgency in buying will buy slowly in sometime
