CPU-Mobo-RAM-Graphics Upgrade for 6 Year old HP PC...

I have a 6 yr old HP PC with Asus Mobo, Intel Core Processor, 2 GB RAM, Asus nVidia 8500GT.

It has 300W PSU.

I am planning for an upgrade for around Rs.15,000.

My Plan:

Intel® Desktop Board DH67VR uATX, Socket 1155 - Rs.4,100

Core i3 3.1GHz - Rs.6250.

Corsair 4GB 1333MHz - Rs.1,300

Rs.11,650.

Please suggest alternative Mobo and a Graphics Adapter.

If its a 6 year old PC then the hardrive must be pretty old too(maybe an IDE one).
Why not upgrade the whole system as you will also need to buy a good PSU if u need a graphics card

Anyways recently purchased this for a friend

i3 2100 + Gigabyte H61 - arnd 9.6k (price arnd 2 weeks back was 9k)
Corsair 4GB DDR3 - 1.3k

Not very familiar with whats good in GPUs. so let others comment.
my opininon stay away from Intel boards as they are not VFM.

Many suggested Intel boards in the forum for various config suggestions. I just assembled a PC for a friend using DH67BL B3 and was impressed by the packing and everything regarding Intel.

However I will also look at the Mobo you suggested.

^^ Get a graphics card later, upgrade these core components in the first wave --

Intel Core i3 2100 ~ 5500/-

Intel DH67-BL ~ 5200/- [buying an H61 board makes no sense to me, its feature set is challenged by the likes of AMD 760G / 780G based boards, better to go with a H67 based board]

Corsair ValueRAM 4GB x 1 ~ 1200/-

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB ~ 2500/-

FSP Saga II 500W ~ 2600/- OR Seasonic S12D 430W ~ 3000/-.

Hope this helps, Sire.
