the memory.is it a ddr 3 memory and if yes then the price are they negotiable as the new corsair 4gb stick comes for 1900 bucks.

No apologies needed mate. Legacy RAM is always a bit costly than the current Gen. A new 2GB DDR2 stick sells for 1850.
