WTB cpu, ram and hsf

want to buy the following things
1.corsair xms2/dominator ddr2 800 MHz ram(at least 2 GB in single stick).
2. lga 775 socket core 2 quad 9650/9550.
3. a good hsf compitable to lga 775 socket.
