CPU - AMD Quad-Core A10-Series APU for Desktops A10-5800K with Radeon HD 7660D (AD580KWOHJBOX) ~ 8050/-
(The above iGPU Radeon HD 7660D beats the haswell i7-4770k HD4600 hollow ...... yes no printing error here )

Motherboard - Chose between these
ASRock FM2A55M-DGS ~ 4252/- [mATX; 2 memory slots (capa 32GB)]
ASUS F2A85-M ~ 7600/- [mATX; 2 memory slots (capa 32GB)]
ASRock FM2A85X Extreme6 ~ 8275/- [ATX; 4 memory slots (capa 64GB)]
Gigabyte GA-F2A85X-UP4 ~ 9899/- [ATX; 4 memory slots (capa 64GB)]

RAM - Corsair DDR3-1600/PC3-12800 (2 X 4GB) ~ 4000/-
Note: 8 GB is the minimum needed today (esp on Win7/8 -64bit) so as not to bottleneck your system, besides you will also have to allocate RAM from here for your integrated GPU

HDD - Seagate 1TB ~ 3869/-
CABINET -
Bitfenix Merc Alpha usb 3.0 ~ 3540/- (power supply placement is bottom)
CM Elite 344 usb 3.0 ~ 1950/- (SMPS is top mounted)
Note: Cabinets in this price range come with just 1/2 fans. You can add 2/3 more 120mm fans to achieve better cooling (these are not very expensive - go for Cooler master fans)

You can continue with your existing SMPS. This is quite a powerful build. In future if you wish to add a discrete GPU, then change the PSU to Seasonic 520W.

Cheers
Terry[DOUBLEPOST=1370583245][/DOUBLEPOST]Note: As you intend to connect your PC to your 40"LCD via HDMI -I have not suggested an Intel CPU as the iGPU of Intel has major problems in playback of HD content in 23.976fps. Dropped frames, glitches etc every 2-3 minutes. This problem has existed since 2008 and only NOW has Intel managed to solve it with Haswel's 4600 iGPU.
