Hi All,

I bought this new i5 rig on saturday.
Code:
Core i5
MSI P55-CD65
GSkill 2x2GB 1333MHz RAM
Seagate 500GB 7200 rpm harddisk
Saphhire Radeon 5770 1GB
CM Elite 330 + CM 600W Extreme
CM 120 mm fan for front side
Benq 22" HD monitor
Wipro 1K VA UPS
LG DVD 22X Writer

After getting it home, i inserted a Pinnacle TVTuner card from my old system and started installing Win 7. It was not able to proceed and said, some required files were missing. I used the same DVD on another machine it worked fine. So DVD cannot be a problem i guess (?).
After that, tried Win XP 64, wierd crashes while installing itself! Then, got suspicious and removed TVTuner card and started Win7. It got installed successfully and when i started installing drivers, crashed intermittently with no specific reason. I installed TV Tuner again and finally it was working without any problems, for a day. I partitioned the remaining spaces into 3 drives without leaving any unallocated space now.
Then i wanted to put anti virus and installed my licensed Norton. It was not working as expected and had problems in starting itself. So thought of removing it and while removing, Win7 again crashed. After that it did not start up and so thought of installing it again!! Tried it, but could not able to install it. Errors in "expanding files" stage. I doubted hard disk might be an issue(?) and added my old disk. Before installing n my old disk, i just wanted to give a try on new disk once, so started the setup after swapping the RAMs with each other. Win 7 proceeded finally and got installed. I also noticed that it took a 100-300MB space from my old disk for some system files etc., (its own drive which will be hidden form My Computer). Also this time i installed it with TVTuner inserted! So that might not have been a problem (?). Again started installing drivers and while doing some Windows update it crashed again!

When Win 7 was working, i got problems with some processes not being responding properly like Host process, ATI Catalyst Command center etc.,

I even tried Windows Memory diagnostic and one time it says problem and in many cases it says no problem!

I am really not sure which part is problematic and how to proceed.
Please help.

PS: Crash in this case happens to be a complete blur in screen with colored pixels moving rapidly ( the one we see normally in old tvs when the cable connection is terminated) and then restarting. Some times BSOD (only rare)
