The value of art lies in perception and what a client needs. The perception comes when a human does it by hand and one cannot control the final output to a degree which is needed by clients so AI is useless in these aspects. Art community is already saturated, imagine every random person creating art. Who will see value in that ? It is a new fad which will go away with time.
