Mac OS Creating a new partition

So currently I have 400GB Mac Partition and 100GB windows NTFS.

Now I want to create another partition from 400GB. So it should be

100GB Mac HD
100GB Windows NTFS [OS]
300GB New NTFS created from Mac HD

Interesting. Please elaborate on how you did it. My guess is Volume Schemes in Disk Utility...

Not volume schemes. Just using Disk Utility. But I partitioned before installing the OSs...
