Budget 41-50k Creating a power efficient gaming rig

Hello friends could u please suggest to me if my cpu is power effecient and tight budget gaming pc
1. i5 4590 processor.
2. MSI B85M-G43 Motherboard.
3. Corsair VS450 450 Watt PSU.
4. Cooler Master K281 Mid Tower Cabinet.
5. MSI or Zotac gtx 960 graphic card.
6. any local RAM 1333 Mhz.
7. Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST1000DM003).
8.Samsung SH-224DB/IDDS DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive.

Can someone please suggest that will this work for gaming at 720p or 1080p. and i recently bought PSU so will this PSU will be enough or i have to change it.
Also suggest if any changes need to be made please keep in mind i have a tight budget and i need power efficient pc that can easily work even on inverter ( living in india so power cuts normal ]) as i need my pc for max time of day.

Well, PSU you bought is okay-ish. VS series from Corsair ain't that great. For the above build I would recommend Seasonic S12 II 520. Coming to RAM, get one from either Corsair or GSkill or Kingston.

Apart from that do fill up this template for better suggestions :)
