Creating C drive on single partitioned HDD with data

Hi guyz
Happy new year in ADVANCE
I have a quick question.
I have 1.5 TB HDD with FAT32 formatted Single Partition ,150 GB free.
I want to install WINDOWS 7 in it .I have ghost OF win7 which is configured to auto format C drive.If i'll run it My data will gone.
I want to create one empty c drive from free space without losing of data ,,please guide me.
