I received my shipment today, surprisingly they didnt update the status at the website.

^^normally they send an email with the tracking number to the mail which is associated with the account.

Am the thread starter and my order confirmed in 21-dec. haven't received any mail or earphone

i called them up on 27th ... and they said that delivery will be made in 3-4 working days...

even i ordered on 22nd Dec...

I ordered one EP-50 on 22.12.10 and one scratch guard on 26.12.10.Called their Cust care yesterday - was told that the ep-50 will be shipped within 2-3 days and the scratch guard within 15 days!!

They told me "It is coming from USA sir".

Never going to buy anything from them in future again.

I had ordered an Amazer case for my SGS, when I contacted them after around 15 days, the lady said, sir the item will be bought from US and you need to wait :S

I called them today only, and the guy told me I wud be getting my order max within 2-3 days. Their office address printed on bill is of Adchini that is near IIT

Call the customer care, and inform them about the broken item received..

yesterday got that creative cheap thingy , i know nobody is expecting anything good from these earphones but the quality of sound and feel good thing is just :crash: , for me it was waste of 29 bucks :no:
