Audio Creative Inspire T6060 5.1 surround speakers

Can someone please tell me wht is the sound quality of these speaker and are they worth buying or not???
and any additional sound card or other stuff required with it ???
 
siddhant, these low price(below 10k) 5.1 spkrs most probably don't have spdif out &cannot do Real Surround sound like dolby digital or dts, just ckh that point,if u looking into it!
 
Well I've T6060 for almost 2 years now. Got 'em for 3.8K back then. Sound good & subwoofer is good too. Bass is boomy & at higher level, it loses its tightness & punch. In case of satellites too, distortion at higher levels & weak Rear Channel drivers. Wired remote developed contact error snag after a year. But since I've a small room with lots of wooden furniture & stuff, it sounds awesome whether its Music, Movies or Games. Multi-channel sound reproduction is also good as seen in case of games like COD4 & HD Movies. All in all a 4/5 from me. Will only change 'em if either they conk out or get the dough for Z5500-D.
 
i realize that u got t6060,,this is for all those who r going to buy new system,if u r really gonna place it in 5.1 configuration then its worth going for 5.1 system otherwise u can go for a thx certified 2.1 system like z2300(logitech,200w rms,,thats lots) for i think 5-6k!!!
