I want to know whether the remote to which the headphone can be connected has an amplifier inside it for the headphone....

Coz the headphone definitely sounds better when I connect it to the remote than connecting it to the output of the Audigy 2 ZS.
 
it might be sounding better cause of the bass n treble setting might be changed on the speakers & it might be set to default on the audigy2 zs
