Creative Nomad NuVo2 1.5 GB firmware error..

geettimg the firware error.. tried to instal new firmware.. used the usb cable.. but not able to get the firmware loaded... wheenever iclick on firma=ware setup.. it says,," the player is connected.. first connect..." ,... but i am able to browse the mp3 players hard disk.. . and transfer file to it.. but the firware setup says that the player is not detected>. what to do?> the mp3 player starts and displays.. recover mode...

Read the document for flashing the firmware. Follow the procedure in that. Make sure you read the steps for your model, as different NuVo have some different steps.
