creative or Sansa?

My manager wanted to buy an mp3 player for his wifey. the sansa looked good until i read all the bad reviews on amazon about a lot of em being DOA/dying. So thinking of a zen stone now ? Which should i go with ?

zen stone + speaker or sansa clip?
 
greenie saaaar would recommend a Creative .Its simply superb, have Creative ZEN,it just good .I have used the Stone for a week its amazing no complaints what so ever :cool2: .If give a choice for me to choose btw Sansa or creative would go for Creative any day :D

^^ I would say the Sansa Clip ! I have it for a couple of months and it is fantastic.

I had the earlier Sansa Express which was also from the Sansa and the UI is practically the same.

However the Clip has much better SQ (with good earphones) and the UI is also much better over the old Express.

Its bloody small and it has a nice decent screen unlike the Stone which has a poor excuse for a screen. :)

Also while I cannot comment on the Zen, the bundled earphones on the Clip are pretty decent.

i ll say sansa

i own a creative muvo t200 and a sansa clip 1gb and i have to say

sansa pwn's creative's head any daY!

we picked a Transcend MP850 8 gigger for 3.3K y'day...good build quality and awesome VFM

the bundled headphones are quite $hitty but the SQ was pretty decent when coupled with any semi-decent earphone

Just ordered a 2gb clip for 1750. Too bad I didn't see Aladdin's thread. But anyway, for that price, its still a steal :)
 
but how long does the stone last? I'm thinking about the one with the speaker - thats a nice feature :)
 
hmmm, I have used both... and I do think clip is better....

the biggest drawback is that the stone has no id3tag sorting, and relies on old folder style, which is damn irritating if you have got all your music sorted out in the former way+the really useless navigation and the small screen...

the SQ is almost same slightly in favour of clip while the stone surely has better battery life....

i would take the clip anyday over it..
 
nah, will be getting back to him after this weekend



and nah, I prefer to decide my crrs. failed my certifications = crr2, and nothing much he can do about it :P
 
good good ...get him one of those chin-pods :P
