What are he criteria for merging the replys on a thread? i get issues with merging of replys foe two different persons

Please elaborate, which 2 different persons?

Also please stop spamming for market access.
Patron is not a shortcut to market access.

It was in the audiophile gears thread, i replied to one comment there, after some time i replied to another comment from another person but soon after that second reply got merged to the first reply from me. also the 2nd persons comment were not quoted there. if the 2nd person can see that i replied to him through notification or something then its all good, but still i dont see the 2nd persons comment as a quote
Putting relevant comments on threads for market place access is considered spamming?
If you were able to find any irrelevant info from my side on any threads, then i will be more than happy if you could remove all that. Or is there any rule in TE to not put relevant informative comments in many threads in a single day?

Notifications work the same way as for individual replies even if the posts are merged. So the other person whom you quoted in your consecutive post will still get a notification even if the posts were auto merged to an older post.
