Criteria for return on jabong?

Ordered two jeans and an earring from them on 4th April and got two items today.
One jeans has improper sewing on inner seam and the earring is of cheap quality. I bought it to make my cart above 1999 as the coupon was valid for 1999.
I tried calling them but it says "Network Busy. Try calling after sometime"
I wanna know if I return these two items, then what would happen? I mean would the coupon get cancelled and would they ask me to pay extra for the jeans that is yet to be delivered? Or I would have to return all of the items?

I think you'll have to pay full price for the item you wish to keep. Drop em an email, they reply within 24 hrs.
 
I tried the same thing on Myntra and it worked. They refunded me for the returned item and I still got to keep the other item at the discounted price. Don't know how Jabong handles it.
 
Got the refund initiated but they didn't mention about the product that I wanna keep. Even after asking them. Anyways, we will get to know and I will update so others find it useful
