Croma products review

Hi All,
I am planning to buy a croma micro wave oven, I already bought a croma brand hair dryer and have no problem at all. This grill+oven+conventional CRAM0110 oven is less price compared to other brands and having steel cavity and a couple of freebies available with the product, and croma gives additional warranty coverage by paying additional amount.

Anyone have idea about the croma products ?, I am concerned about the quality & ASS of the croma products.

I have a croma 1.5 tonne 3 star window AC which i got in 2011 and it is working perfectly with regular servicing and cleaning once in 4 months. It is essentially a Voltas window ac rebadged as a croma ac.
Make sure you go for the extended warranty for a nominal amount when you buy croma branded products. I don't think there should be an issue with croma branded products.
 
ASS is shit IMO. I noticed backlight bleeding in my LED and asked them to send a service tech. Its been a month and half at least and no sign of the tech.
 
Croma stuff is essentially Made in China cheaper stuff with their own branding. Recommend going for a different well known brand. Croma will give additional warranty on other brands sold by them as well.

Yes but with some stringent QC measures in place. I don't suppose the cheaper ones such as the Croma branded products and the VU displays (for instance) have those.

I got myself a croma 196 litre single door refrigerator in Dec'13. It is a re-badged Haier made in Pune. The fridge came with 5 years warranty and cost me 8.5k and is running perfectly.

We had also bought a Morphy Richards oven from Croma - its working fine except for one of the bars of the 7 digit LED used for time - the centre one is not working. Need to speak to Croma to fix it - but have been putting it off.

My office has a Croma oven - no issues. Working fine - though I do not use it often as I am hardly in Mumbai.
 
I'd bought a Croma badged hand blender/mixer, it came with a 1 year warranty and the motor started smoking and died exactly a week after the warranty expired. Worked well while it lasted, and had a lot of accessories but something like a blender's expected to long long time.
