CPU/Mobo Crosshair Iv formula Sata connections

Hi

I am replacing my cpu and cabinet

My motherboard is Crosshair iv formula and cabinet is cooler master cm 690 advanced

My query is there any particular sequence I should connect my hdd 2nos and the dvd drive to the motherboard data connectors which are numbered 1-6 or it doesn't matter?
Also does the internal dvd drive data cable go into the socket marked E1?

Doesn't matter. But you need to set their boot sequence in the BIOS, i.e. OS drive first.

Also does the internal dvd drive data cable go into the socket marked E1?

The E1 socket is from the additional JMicron controller. Unless you run out of ports on the main AMD controller, there's no reason to use it.
