My Crossroads Mylar earphones are giving problems ! The left side has gone much softer in volume compared to the right. It just happened suddenly, i.e. it started without the earphones suffering a fall.

Is there any place in India where they can be repaired or do I have to ship them back to Singapore (I bought these from Puns and he got them from Jaben Singapore) ?

Please help ! I have shifted back to the EP-630 and they dont sound nearly as nice as the Crossroads

Sending them back would be the safest thing to do, AFAIK. I don't know if there are good guys who've been fixing IEM's in India. Heck I don't even know if these guys know what an IEM is!!

The problem your referring to can very well be a faulty jack.

Have the jack resoldered or replaced and test the IEM's, worked in two cases for my MX550 and a friend's EP-630.

Thanks for your replies. I think I will send it back to Singapore for a replacement since the cord is quite fragile and I doubt anyone in India will be able to repair it properly.

Any idea how much it will cost to ship these to Singapore ? If it is quite expensive, I may have to just buy a new pair !
