ull haveta get intouch with crucial directly and see which rma center is closest to india.. then they help u rma it accordingly. I got from newegg directly.. ill provide u with a invoice number and purchase details along with it.. which ull require incase of a rma..
 
Can you confirm the RMA procedure ? Because I cant buy a this price without a good warranty support, since a new set would be around 500-700 more
 
never dealt with crucial directly but thier support is awesome. what u do is get in touch with crucial on the website and request a rma number ..someone from their support team will get intouch with you via email and ask about the issue and your location and tell u either to ship it to the u.s directly or their uk office... u ship it at your expense and they ship the ram free of charge back to you. this is how 99% of all rma's happen. and they do rma for indian customers, ive asked their support team at their forums aswell. so shouldnt be any issue at all.
