PC Peripherals crucial LANFEST RMA.

Guys

I have 1GBX2 Crucial Lanfest (newegg.com edition) RAMs. Computer does not boot with one of the memory module .

Crucials have Life time warranty on Memory .

Do we have a contact to RMA memory for crucial in INDIA .?

Tech support chat said "Contact your local vendor " .

Should I forgot about RMA and get another pair or can it be RMAed ?

You will have to ship it to crucial in the states, AFAIK.

AFAIK Crucial does not have official sales in India as yet. So they wouldn't have a partner for after sales service locally.

Like vivek said, send it to the US. Try Speed Post/Registered Post. Regd. Post would be cheaper but may not have tracking facility.

If i send it to US , will they send it back to me at their cost or my cost ? .

I will just buy one more memory module and keep it going .

You could request them to send you the replacement free of charge and they may oblige. Like G.Skill did when my Pi Black sticks went bad and I had to send them to Taiwan. They sent the replacement via DHL!
