Sorry to hear this. With 64BIT OS should not cause an issue at all. Probably the most you can do, is pick a saved game file and skip this part.
I uninstalled ccc 11.3(latest) and installed 10.5(as u had suggested), after that system in general feels laggy..
Then, I was uninstalling crysis2 and it became unresponsive and there was a background dialog saying do you want to cancel the uninstall and I said No and now the game doesn't feature in Installed programs in Programs &features under Control Panel. Now I don't have patience to remove the registries manually and delete the folder even though the process would take like 10-15 minutes, is there easier way to uninstall?
And regarding skipping the part: Downloaded game saves and that checkpoint still renders as in above screen shot. skipped the checkpoint, but then playing at difficulty level of Post Human Warrior to Recruit(which doesn't have any option to higher the difficulty) in the downloaded Game saves is too big a fall.
I would rather skip the Game till Crytek comes out with a DirectX 10/11 "patch".

Could it be possible that there's something wrong with my graphics card or it's drivers.
Following are the sequence of events:
1.) I was using 10.x (i suppose x>5) CCC drivers and then the above mentioned Crysis 2 bug happened.
2.) I downloaded latest CCC , 11.3 - still the issue persisted and the CCC2 was showing GPU temperature above 70 degrees( would post exact if needed).
Then I was watching some videos on youtube and I got an error message something like-" your ATi display driver just recovered from a crash) and said video was playing with green background. And I had to restart the browser to watch the video.
3.) Then i uninstalled 11.3 completely and installed CCC 10.5 as per asingh's advice. but game glitch didn't change irrespective of whatever i tried.
Then again, I was watching some videos when one of the video went Green and I got same error message like-" your ATi display driver just recovered from a crash"
And so I restarted the browser, only to find out that this time the whole System became unresponsive(Hung-up) and had to manually reboot the computer.
Now, I have seen my display driver crash some times, when playing 1 or 2 games but never ever it crashed, leave alone System Hang- while Youtubing .
What could be the possible implications---I am being cautious because when BSOD errors used to happen quite frequently last year, my RAMs and Motherboard were at fault and had to get them replaced.
